We source high-quality ingredients to handcraft restaurant-quality Asian food, using traditional methods with a modern twist to create flavourful, healthy, and affordable meals made fresh daily.

Sunrise sources locally where possible through partnerships with Tassal (fresh salmon) and SunRice (rice). The business spans two offerings: a retail Asian Kitchen range and a wholesale sushi operation. Sunrise is part of the Advanced Fresh Concepts (AFC) group.
